Compostela Distillery dedicates most efforts to avoid negative
effects on the environment and to maintain its surroundings free
from contamination suffering.
Starting from the point that we do not generate production waste, as
all waste is transformed and recycled to be reused.
The factory pipes also avoid any type of pollution and all garbage
is classified in different waste disposal containers.
Gas emissions to the atmosphere are controlled through designed
filters so that their chimneys openings obey all current legislation
standards, both Spanish and European.
